As a founding partner, Charles R. Martin
has practiced law for 36 years, and
continues to enjoy the challenge of solving
complex issues.  Mr. Martin graduated from
Drake University with Bachelors of Science
in Pharmacy in 1963, and Georgetown Law
Center with a Juris Doctor in 1970.  
Mr. Martin is a member of the Virginia State
Bar, District of Columbia Bar, and Fairfax
Bar Association

Doug Foord has experience in a variety of
civil manners including commercial
disputes, construction disputes, and auto
accident cases. His practice has an
emphasis on litigation in the criminal,
traffic, and juvenile areas. Mr. Foord has
appeared in all levels of the Virginia State
Trial courts and has also argued before the
Supreme Court of Virginia and the Virginia
Court of Appeals. He practices in the
United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Virginia.

Virginia State Bar since 1986.
